Definitely a great tool, but I will be doing the majority of my workouts in the apparatus bay(no DE board and I'm not going to put one up) or outside.

Gym Boss. Strap it to your arm, your belt, or use the phone app.
Gym Round timer thatís only $20 in a small form physical device, or free/$2.00 for the phone app.

I use it for Tabata training, heavy bag work, and sparring. Easy money to spend.

I only use it for rounds of jumping rope right now but I need to start with the ball on band and heavy bag.

It really is a great app in itís free form.
Most people would actually get more than enough out of that.

But if youíre training gets a little bouncy, the device is worth the $20. I broke a phone because I strapped it to my arm, and got busy on the bag one day.
