I have solved the not being able to pee for hours. I carry a nalgene big mouth water bottle everywhere. I pity the poor soul who tries to take a drink out of it! Hopefully, that poor soul is not me after dementia sets in!

I seriously just choked on my drink. Reminds me of that a Tom Cruise story a few years ago, when he said that working on a movie was like a deployment

It's everywhere.

I just SMH when I hear douches at a GoRuck, Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, or a Crossfit event comparing their little lycra-filled prancing as "selection" or tougher than any military event.

"I could have been any Tier 1 operator" chest thumping.

Just SMH.

I typically avoid any of the above mentioned nonsensical gathering for just that reason. I used to love SoPines, but the phonies hanging out ruined it for me.

Yep...their coulda, shoulda, woulda, but they didn't. I like the weak excuses they use. They always present them in such a pathetic manner as if they were the only ones that had to______(insert pathetic excuse). Non-hackers....

Bad News today, it not my knee that is causing the problem, it my BACK.

Last 8 April 2019 I had back surgery they Fusion L-3 L-4, L-5 & S-1.

After x-rays, CT Scan & an MRI today L-4 fusion did not work, so it looks I will be going under the KNIFE again. My Dr. is Booked until Jan 2020,

On the bright side an knowing the nurse, an we get along great. IF anyone
cancels out I am on the top of the list to be called. I knew it would help sending flowers to the nurses, just to say thanks. ALSO her dad work's at the V.A. an I know him. Also have the nurses direct line at the Hospital.

The fact that my social security number is being used for criminal activities and my car warranty is about to expire. On the same day. I'm just lucky like that.

I know those events create a challenge for many very fit people, they just don't hold any interest for me. I think my physical abuse meter got zeroized a long time ago.
