sweet, I'll try to get up that way. thanks . I want to get this gut off of me. I was fit and trim most of my life but I started on meds and got huge fast.

Don’t ruck with a heavy ruck!

Just get a comfy civilian pack and load it up with a few water bottles, a first aid kit, and a poncho liner. Keep it under 20 pounds max. The walking in general will work. Carrying a heavy ruck when older, recovering, etc can ha e the opposite effects of getting in better shape.

Roger, I just want to tighten my abs and build core strength. I would definitely start light.
