Great sequel. Way better than Wick 2, as good or better than Wick 1. The Wick-Jitsu and gun handling was amazing. Give it 4.5/5 .45 rounds.

Saw it. It was good but I liked 2 a little better.

I liked that they got into his background a bit but they need to explain his full story at some point.

I was waiting for Halle Barry’s dogs to somehow make an appearance in the final fight. She’s still hot AF but her scenes were almost gratuitous.

You know the concierge was there for a reason.

The whole trip to the desert was unnecessary.

There will def be a 4.

Jeebus, wtf did I just watch? It was like every basement dweller CoD martial arts nerd gun nerd survivalist budo way of the samurai wet dream and I only stuck around to see them eventually take out the messenger, which never happened. Blah.

Forgot to add, I guess all you need to know to survive is one arm sweep disarm followed by a hip toss and then shoot them in the face. Got it.

I know it’s just a movie but ewww

Adjudicator: "We're the High Table."

Winston: "Well, we're New York City."

SPOILERS AHEAD

It's a little stale. When fight scenes seem to go on forever and dozens after dozens...after dozens of bad guys appear out of nowhere and impale themselves against John Wick, I got antsy. Wrap it up already.

Yes, the dogs way were cool but Halle Berry's scenes were clumsy, and after she snaps and starts shooting up the joint -- Wick basically saves her ass...and she gives him a mouthful of backwash in a dirty ass bottle to wander through the Sahara to meet...a bedouin who is the Grand Master Flash of the whole 'High Table'?

I won't even touch the goofy Iron Chef and his band of assassin Power Rangers.

I was hoping for better-- but this movie had me checking my watch about a dozen times during the last 45 minutes.

I saw it with my wife and kids (all fans) and it was mostly good. The side track to Morocco was necessary and made the movie too long.
The fight sequences did become repetetive and distracting as it was obvious the actors were moving toward threats that had not appeared yet.

Overall, it was worth seeing once in the theater and we'll watch it again on th he small screen.

willing suspension of disbelief.

That's how you enjoy movies like this.

I look forward to John Wick 4

I went in expecting a John Wick movie, and that's what it was. Nothing more or less.

However, it may just be me, but the fights seemed more choreographed than the others. As in, the actors seemed to be just going through the motions. Even the big fight with the dogs just seemed "too" choreographed.

Still enjoyed it.

Watched it over the weekend. My wife said "Now I remember why I hate John Wick" referring to all the action.
It drug on and on but was neat to watch. Rentable for sure.

If there are that many assassins hanging around NYC, where did the assassin world go wrong?

Considering Keanu Reeves is 55 years old and did most of his own stunts, he is a genuine badass in my book.

I'm 53 and I do all my own stunts. Of course, my stunts are getting out of bed before 0800, taking a set of stairs 2 steps at a time, mowing the yard with a push mower. I mean it's not John Wick, shit, but it's pretty awesome,

He also has a personal trainer, a dietitian, his job is to act, and he doesn't have the mileage on his joints that most of us are dealing with. I'm sure he's a good guy, but I try to save badass status for true heros.
