I know that the end of the series is not an element of the novel.

starred Sean Connery

We just started watching this show and it's great. But I thought when the SS guy is beating the resistance fighter, said fighter yells, "What do you want?!" not "We won!"
I'll have to try that, thank you.

I'm enjoying it, but the video is choppy; don't know if it's the site, my ISP or what.

Just started watching this as I just hacked my daughters Amazon Prime account on my new smart TV.

Interesting premise. I just view it as entertainment so I try not to overanalyze the plot. If it's entertaining I'll watch it.

The "holocaust" mention was a little creepy when the "cop" states "On Tuesdays they burn cripples, the terminal ill. Drag on the state".

The Nazi jet is Concorde like....

When the resistance man was being beaten, he did yell "What do you want?"

As an aside, Netflix has a better rewind feature where you can see the scene you want as you rewind. Amazon is kind of a guess.

Well, I have to say, the ending was weird. Even knowing something whacky was coming, it was still, well, whacky. All I can think is when he "woke up", what he was seeing was actually a dream.

I thought the show and the premise was okay. I give it a B overall. I'll watch season 2.

I like alternate history.

I don't like science fiction.

I'm conflicted.

I felt the same way. I like the way the show unfolded and the increase in tension between Japan and Germany is awesome to watch.

But the ending was...strange. Waiting for S2.

I only watched the first episode but the book has a very odd and kind of flat ending.

The Man in the High Castle, season II, will start its run Fri, 16 Dec.

While season I strayed pretty far from the skinny book by Mr. Duck, it did, however, open a whole world of possibilities.

This flick has delivered

How is the second season so far? I was not really impressed with the first season, and wander if worth my time to give the second season a chance.

I'm only two episodes in, but there's plenty of action in SE02. Less BS love story so far.

Lots of skulduggery and conflict. You feel bad for guys we should hate, and then they do shit you hate them for andmlose all sympathy.

The thing with John Smiths son and the doctor and that whole premise is spooky. Just when you felt bad for him....but I understand what he did. I might have done it too.

I can't figure out what the trade ministers deal is though. Is he having flashbacks? Is he having delusions? Is he having hallucinations? He is my favorite character so far.

I like/hate the chief inspector as well.

I'm in the middle of S2, ep 5 and have really enjoyed this season a ton more than the first. I foresee I'll have binge watched this season by Friday and will have to wait a year to see what happens next...damn Amazon production.
