On the weekends I do more lengthy work out sessions. During the week it's maybe 20 to 30 minutes. Turning 63 in February, gotta keep at it!

I do these (or varying) intervals on an Airdyne bike (w/ arms wkg too). Also, I like/hate intervals on the slide-board: it's been my best bang-for-the-buck workout since I gave up running sprints after a hip replacement.

Re food, sometimes I"ll ask myself: "Do you HAVE to have (insert tasty temptation) NOW? Cuz you can always have it later..." I appreciate the small victory of passing it up, and that gets easier when I know the choice is mine. (Lol mindgames?!)
