Hotel Mumbai

I'm pretty surprised there wasn't a thread on this movie. I really enjoyed it. Most of the movie is filmed about the attack in the Taj Hotel in Mumbai during the attacks that happened in 2008. From what I've read, there has been some deviation from actual facts but a lot of it is supposed to be spot on.

It just went to rental a couple of days ago on Amazon and other vendors.

Good movie. A lot of quiet heros stand out, the chef and his staff, or the desk agent who refused to place the call to the rooms.

Just watched it on Google Play. Not a bad movie. Common people doing uncommon things for the greater good.

You’d have too look at the India “caste” system when comes to “physical” fighting...

This movie angered me so much. Innocence killed , and for what....
The staff, chef, police force etc did a great job, unsung heroes..

There was a CCTV video that I remember watching of a Police Officer with an Enfield throwing hate down at a bad guy with an AK47 during this event.

It was truly "one mind any weapon" as the Police Officer used rapid bolt manipulation against a fully automatic enemy.

Watched this last night with the boys. Excellent movie throughout.

I thought it would be Indian with English subtitles which would of been annoying, but it wasn't.
