Hello. My name is Stacey, I'm a recruiter at mid-sized company in the Midwest. I recently onboarded a man that shortly after starting began to claim to be a Navy Seal. Most of his stories are completely ridiculous, dates seem off and he has no understanding of the geographical locations that he claims "Ronald Reagan sent him to to kill terrorists" . He has begun to use these tails to impress people and position himself for a promotion.
I have a real problem with this. I am here find out the truth.

I hope I'm posting this right. Hi, I'm new here. First enlisted in the Army in 1989 then ended up in the Navy reserves as an officer. I'm inactive but not retired. I wish I were. In the Army I was stationed at Drum,Yongsan,Lewis and mainly based on the west coast for my reserve time living in WA,CA,HI although I did spend a short time in RI. I currently reside in Honolulu,HI. I joined the forums to ask a few questions and I like reading some of these posts. Thanks.

You might want to get in contact with an admin to have your name changed for PerSec, and it is Navy SEAL. Welcome to the forums.

Hello.

I have never served. I am interested in pursuing an SOF role within the next two years. I've learned to shut my mouth and open my ears so I will likely be a lurker and searcher.

Thank you for approving me and offering insight into the community!

Nothing to see here, just an almost 50 yoa Marine from the Intel field that copied Morse Code. Hope to hang out here and kill some downtime.

Cheers!

Good morning.
Short prior service, leg, moons ago.
Wandered here doing some JEMS searches, recognize some of the folks from other forums. Will read almost anything, especially medical/pre-hosp stuff, used to climb a bunch, skied some, now more canoe/fish/some upland bird. Remain interested in wx, avi science, land nav.
Mostly working on maintaining an even strain.

Thanks for entry.

Good day Gents,
I'm former Marine 2008-2012. Worked in logistics/maintenance for the most part. Got attached to an MP company for a short time. OIF 10-1, was a fobbit Leatherneck, Dwyer, Nolay. Best and worst times. Been out of the workforce for 5 years. Been lurking for a couple months on here looking to network and learn as much as possible. So far great community, with ALOT of information and imo alot of great minds to learn from.
