Bad news

I just found out that SBCM Pat Battles has passed. I donít have any other info.

Some folks had different experiences with him but as the Chief in my SWCC class he kept the stupid to a minimum. I thought he was a good dude.

I didn't work with him, but many of my friends did, all had nothing but good to say about him. May he rest easy now.

Found out through someone at CCCA: Battles was found in the restroom at SRT-1 after his morning run, deceased from what was apparently a massive heart attack.

RIP Master Chief

I think it was determined to be a stroke. I believe there are services occurring on June 11 in the San Diego area.
