Breakneck Ridge Trail (NY)

Putting this in Fitness because I have an event on the trail in June. Has anyone done this trail with 30lbs dry on their backs? (Add 3 liters of water, it's going to be a long day). The information I've read is that it's a strenuous hike from the trailhead to the summit.

Thanks in advance.
