DOD Identifies Army Casualty

Not sure if this is the Soldier that was posted about I could not find it. (Admin please put it in the correct place)

The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Freedom's Sentinel.

Sgt. 1st Class Michael J. Goble, 33, of Washington Township, New Jersey, died Dec. 23, 2019, as a result of injuries sustained while his unit was engaged in combat operations on Dec. 22, 2019, in Kunduz Province, Afghanistan. The incident is under investigation.
Goble was assigned to 1st Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne), Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.

The wife and I were watching the news before dinner yesterday evening. They showed the video clip of SFC Goble's casket being returned to Dover. Man that tore me up. RIP SFC Goble, praying for you and your family.
