How much time are we talking here? If we're reaching far enough into the future for SOLGWs to provide you a completed AR, then I'm going to put a "Westinghouse M-27 Phased Plasma Pulse Rifle in the 40 watt range" on my list...

I was thinking that, 7, also then I realized I use that many different ones for one critter or another. I like the 10/22 and have a couple and did not even put it on the list. Also left out the 17 HMR.

1- KAC SR25
2- KAC SR15
3- M1 Garand CMP Special .308
4- Benelli M1 Super 90 with long and short barrels
5- Steyr Scout Rifle .308
6- Ruger 10/22
7- Marlin 45-70

1- Glock 20SF
2- Glock 19
3 - Mars Armament Thug 1911
4 - 4" Ruger Redhawk 44 Mag
5 - My old S&W 586 which I stupidly traded in 1996 (custom by 300 Gunsmith service with Fuzzy Farrant grips)

If I had to get by with just two I'd probably go with the Steyr Scout and Glock 20SF

Keeping in mind that I'm not going to war - they Steyr Scout is my all-around favorite rifle. It's fast handling, accurate, has a great trigger and the bolt is smooth. I've got a sling bag with some 10 round mags and a cleaning kit - ready for most anything I'll need a rifle for.

Nevermind. Everyone already has an AR platform in .223
