I am NOT the POC nor do I have any additional information regarding this position.

Position: Surveillance Training Program Manager
Company: The MASY Group, LLC
Location: DC Metro area and OCONUS

• Personally responsible for meeting all deliverables to the government
• Provide a summary of pricing for the base year and the 4 consecutive year options to government as needed
• Reconcile and provide actual travel reimbursement cost to the government
• Recruit SD instructors for specific training requirements
• Responsible for analyzing current surveillance detection techniques and security related techniques
• Compile manuals that develop and maintain the procedures for surveillance based on the 6 individual regions;

2. East-Asia Pacific
3. Eastern Europe
4. Western Europe
5. Near East Asia
6. Western Hemisphere
• Coordinate with the DS/ATA office to train and enhance particular foreign government police and security forces
• Manage personnel to keep current on surveillance detection equipment needed for each of the 6 regions
• Provide a list of personnel that will participate along with their qualifications prior to the commencement of each course
• Maintain and provide total estimated cost that include:
• Instructor’s rate
• ODCs
• Travel per diem, M&IE
• Indirect Costs
• Oversee the development and preparation of surveillance detection policies
• Will provide a management plan for each task i.e. a calendar that will detail what each block of instruction will pertain along with the PE
• Oversee that the communications is ready for the surveillance training
• Maintain that course material provided to the students is current along with the material the government wants to incorporate
• Provide an End of the Course Evaluation Report, to include the student’s evaluations that the Instructors have to provide, within 15 days
• Implement a student evaluation that will be given to the instructors
• Will coordinate with the Instructors to prepare the PE’s (60%+) that meet course objectives
• Ensure that the Personnel qualifications are met for each course and for each region
• Maintain a pool of interpreters to pull from if one is needed based on the 6 regions

Compensation: PM salaries ranged from $60,000 - $110,000 USD, based on experience.
