Using established company guidelines; perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration of company’s products and equipment. Installs and services, products in an assigned territory. Installs and services customers in an assigned territory while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Provides technical and business related guidance to customers.


Using established company guidelines performs on-site installation, preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration of company’s products and equipment.

Provides support to sales, service and management teams

Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.

Isolates start-up malfunctions and takes corrective action.

Trains customer personnel in equipment operation and maintenance.

Represents company in dealings with customers

Prepares daily logs and reports of work performed

Assigned projects are diverse in problem solving


Education: College degree or technical education preferred. Must have thorough understanding of all assigned products.

Work Experience: 5 to 7 years of related experience, Microsoft certification preferred.

Physical Requirements: A significant amount of time is spent sitting and standing, Must be able to read, write and understand English. Good auditory and visual skills are required. May be required to lift 40 – 50 lbs. In the performance of activities. May be occasionally exposed to radiation in the performance of duties.
