Free gym time/personal training for wounded warriors in Tucson, AZ

After I got medically retired from the Army last year I started a gym program for disabled vets. This type of adaptive fitness has kept my drive alive and kept me out of a wheelchair. I want to pass it on. I have a full setup gym at my house and I train a bunch of people on a semi-regular basis. I have a couple training certs.

The focus is on vets with permanent disabilities because they have to rethink how they do certain exercises. I've worked with amputees, people with different levels of paralysis, people with significant nerve damage etc.

This stuff is keeping me going and helps me have a purpose after leaving the regiment.

As much as I hate social media I ended up getting a couple accounts to put out info on adaptive fitness. Seems to be helping people so far.

If anybody knows disabled vets in the area I would love to work with them. Send em my way.
