Exclamation Blue water Navy Agent Orange

I haven't seen this posted elsewhere on SOCNET.
Personnel who served aboard navy ships in Vietnam territorial waters are now "agent orange presumptive" for exposure related diseases. Ischemic Heart Disease, diabetes, prostate cancer, etc.
Previously, only brown water navy got the presumption.

Bottom line - you will be fast tracked for agent orange presumptive claims if you served aboard a vessel, you no longer need to prove "boots on ground"

Not only will this assist with VA claims, but if you are a retiree, the agent orange presumptive diseases may also make a Combat Related Special Compensation (CRSC) claim worth looking into. The tax advantages are much better than CRDP.
