Exclamation Collection Strategist (OCONUS)

SB Approved. I am the initial POC for anyone who is qualified and interested in these positions. Positions are through The David Group, Inc.

Job description

Must be a US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly. If you do not meet this criteria, your resume will not be reviewed for this position. Positions are located outside the Continental United States.

Candidate will be responsible for collaborating with IC partners to develop all-source collection strategy assessments and posture statements. Tasks include:
Develop an all-source collection strategy to support the Intelligence Community.
Perform all-source analysis.
Review all-source collection requests.
Provide feedback to collectors as appropriate.
Provide collection management support for foreign human intelligence (HUMINT) assets and other collection operations.
Coordinate with field, other offices, and other agencies.
Review and evaluate the reporting to and helps determine report validity.
Research, build and execute a collection strategy in accordance current doctrine, policies, procedures, techniques and tools
Provide subject matter expertise on conducting collection operations/activities and the development of concepts of operations (CONOPs)and operational support packages (OSPs)
Perform specific collection research, strategy development and management with little guidance independently write reports detailing collection and its impacts to assigned issues

The Collection Strategist will also provide expertise on current and future collection capabilities (national and theater). Candidate will possess knowledge in publishing collection strategy reports and/or authored new procedures/methods to create innovative collection plans/strategies in conjunction with current experience (i.e., with last 24 months) in collection strategy/management techniques. Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of IC MAP and experience in HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, or all source collection management. Must also have a current working knowledge of the various national, commercial and theater collectors and advantages of each collector for collection strategy development.

Candidate must possess extensive demonstrated knowledge and experience utilizing DoD and IC collection platforms/sensors. Candidate must have current experience with strengths and limitations of DoD and IC collection platforms/sensors in conjunction with 10 years of experience performing collections, collection strategy management work and writing reports based up the resulting work/accomplishments. Candidate must have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance and pass a CI polygraph. Position is based outside the continental United States

Collection Strategist (OCONUS)
