Army Navy Game

Don't know why I like watching this game, maybe its the last game of the season, maybe its played by true scholar athletes and then everything that goes into the game, the student bodies, the history, etc.

Must have been cool for the Captians of each team to meet the CIC.

Good luck to both teams. I'll root for the underdog - Go Navy, Beat Army.

I enjoy watching the game because of the men playing the game.

Just as I did when I played Rugby at OSU and always watched Army play Navy at one of the tournaments. I met a lot of great individuals.

I am not sure if they showed the sleeves of the Black Knights uniform but they had a pretty intense and sharp looking Lion Head.

It is in honor of the Black Lions of Cantigny. Thatís the nickname for the 1st Divisionís 28th infantry, which emerged victorious at Cantigny:

Hell of a game. My oldest son watched with me and we enjoyed the postgame interview of Army #65.

I had never heard of the "Prisoner Exchange" before this game. Pretty cool way to see it played out before the game.

I would have liked to hear it. A bunch of us every year go to the bar and watch it. Usually other Army/navy guys there, always a pretty good time. This year, they apparently thought playing top 40 music was better than the sound of the game. This is a sports abr.
And of course right towards the end they switched our channel to the NU/Creighton basketball game. I had to stand up and yell across the crowded bar, to turn it back.

Army Uniforms were very cool. I also liked the Blue Navy Helmets.
The plastic was definitely popping out there.
