The position requires you to manage a security force and also interact with with executive property management to offer excellent customer service.

This position pays 30k base salary and benefits


Manages site operations at the assigned facility for Corporate Security Solutions, Inc. to include: scheduling, site training, logistical management, and customer service. Exercises a high degree of direction and independent judgment and performs other related work as required.


This list of responsibilities represents the minimum requirements established for the Site Manager. Other duties may also be assigned.

Responsible for site operations of the Security Department at the facility. Ensures CSS policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.

Assures all Baseline hours are scheduled and worked. Assists the CSS Management in the approval of overtime scheduling to control security cost and overtime.

Must be active participant in the interviewing, selection and placement of all security officers assigned to his/her customer location

Must constantly evaluate training requirements and insure that officers are receiving all required training

Inspects each Security Post daily, checking for post housekeeping, Post Orders and necessary emergency calling listings.

Establish good working relationship with Client Management.

Provides guidance and direction to security officers, promoting a proactive attitude in meeting the security and safety needs of the client.

Counsels officers on job performance. Inspects to assure officers are in proper uniform.

Conducts the annual performance appraisals of each officer assigned to his/her client

Monitors daily the content and quality of reports prepared by security personnel and provides guidance as necessary.

On a weekly basis, must communicate with the Operations Manager regarding the following three key elements: a. Site Performance; b. Customer Satisfaction; and c. Branch Office Support provided to his/her site.

a. Site performance will include, but is not limited to, Availability and accuracy of Post Orders and Site Reference Manual, Cleanliness of the Work Order, Condition of the Equipment, Officer Training and Performance, Officer Appearance and Attitude, Job Knowledge and Report Writing.

b. Customer Satisfaction must be openly and honestly discussed. Any reported issues,
both positive and negative, must be reviewed.

c. Branch Office Support must also be discussed. What is happening correctly and what
items need to be improved upon?

CSS Form 1015 should be utilized during this monthly review.
Comments, recommendations, and suggested corrective action should be noted on the

On a monthly basis, a meeting must be held with the General Manager to formally review these three items. This must be documented and a copy forwarded to the Corporate office (Ownership).

On a quarterly basis (as stated in the CSS Audit Review Process), the General Manager is required to summarize these monthly statements and perform his/her own audit of the entire facility. This report must be forwarded to the Corporate Office (ownership).

Responsible for the evaluation of site information, occurrences and incidents and communicating information to the Client Representative and CSS Management.

Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.


Supervises Security Officers working at the site.

Relevant knowledge of the security industry.
Military or Police Experience highly desired
High School diploma. and some college background helpful preferred.
Computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to perform detailed and complex tasks with minimal or no supervision and ability to follow through with assignments.
Ability to provide quality customer service.
Ability to organize and prioritize workload to achieve maximum productivity.
Ability to interact effectively with management and customers at all levels and across diverse cultures and use good judgment.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to operate standard office equipment.
