UAE opportunities for Iraqi w/ a green card?

Strictly information gathering at this point.

I have a buddy who was the interpreter on one of our PSDs. Good guy who I worked with for several years and have hung out with outside of Iraq. He's a green card holder living in the States with his wife and kids and is quite far along in the citizenship process. He is a conservative but westernized guy.

My friend is interested in working in the UAE due to having family there and asked if I knew of any opportunities for someone like him. He is a truck driver now and ideally would like to be in the trucking or logistics field. I believe he has a computer science degree from Baghdad University although he may not have graduated.

If anyone can point me towards companies he could follow up with I'd appreciate it.

To remember, and then go back to the ledgers and the commuter train, that was impossible. He knew he would eat his heart out if it ever came to that."
