Damn near everything on BAF is an American company brother. You need to provide more detail about exactly what you're trying to do here. You could be talking about anything from vacuuming out porta-shitters to flying Helos.

I'm asking for a friend who has Security guard experience. He is from Uganda and he has been in Iraq and Astan. He currently works for Reed as a Security Guard, he says the pay is too low.

It won’t get much better with a different company. Static TCN Guard positions are not high paying, with any company. His best bet is to put in the time and loyalty, better himself (education & skills), and work towards senior guard/shift leader positions.

If he's making more than $15 an hour he should be happy... AEGIS was paying those poor guys as little as $12.

Based on a 40 hour work week that's better than they were making at other places by quite a bit.
