As an Eagle Eye Protection Agent, you will be part of a Residential Security Detail responsible for protecting the residence and associated properties of a client in Palo Alto CA. As an Residential Security Guard (RSG) your specific duties will entail badging of workers and monitoring access into the property.We are looking for agents who are dedicated to do their best in any tasking with moral fortitude and character and always displaying a high level of customer service. RSG members should expect to encounter on a daily basis incidental contact and interaction with construction workers, neighbors, delivery services and other high frequency occurrences of a high-profile principal. The Agent will be required to perform a full range of security protection skills and services, including but not limited to:

Interact with construction leadership
Greet, register and badge construction workers and visitors
Receive/Direct deliveries
Adhere to Eagle Eye and Client directed SOP's
Project a highly professional manner at all times.
Answer the phone professionally, responding to general questions, inquiries and transferring calls as needed.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external persons regarding such information as: local services and local amenity information.
Administer processes such as visitor and employee parking and issuance of temporary card keys, adhering to security procedures surrounding these tasks at all times
Safeguard client residence while maintaining confidentiality
Observe and report incidents and direct others as needed
Be able to make appropriate decisions and responses on time-sensitive matters dealing with the client, admin staff, and the public
Always evaluating threat, risk and vulnerabilities of the residence and surrounding environment
Work directly with and establish a relationship with local law enforcement
Frequent sitting, standing, or walking for long periods of time maybe required in the elements
Must be able to multitask and be a self-motivator
Must be able to utilize today's technology to provide daily reporting (Laptop/Monitor CCTV, cell phones, wireless)
Maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance

Current California Guard Card or awaiting issue of a card
Exposed Weapons Permit
Must have a First Aid/CPR/AED for all age’s certification
Strong writing and interpersonal skills
Fluently read, speak, and write the English language
Firm understanding of local and state “Use of Force” laws
Must possess a valid driver license with time dependable mode of transportation
Must be at least 21 years of age
Candidates must pass companies background and reference checks, drug testing, and behavioral selection survey.
High School Diploma or equivalent, College Degree preferred.

Normal vision or corrected by use of glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing abilities. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
May occasionally be required to work outdoors in inclement weather.
May be required in some positions to have sufficient dexterity, mobility, physical ability and stamina, to restrain individuals in accordance with established guidelines, and sufficient mobility to respond to clients’ needs
May experience frequent to occasional confrontational situations

That is incredibly low pay. The going rate for an RST agent in the SFBA starts at $75k.

Better have live-in van parking closeby or a no-tow policy.
