Book Review: Talking To Strangers - Malcolm Gladwell

I'm about halfway through this book about how to gauge and communicate with strangers.

I am reading it through an executive communications and negotiations lens but many of the examples are applicable to people's work in these forums.

The author is the same as The Tipping Point. Expect the same level of eye opening thoughts of "why didn't I learn this stuff when I was younger"

Awesome so far.

Tipping point was great, as was Outliers. I will have to check this one out.
