1 mile open water swim, abut 1/2 mile on route wind and nice chop, the other half glass.

Rip Curl dry top now that the water temps are falling with nights in the 40's and less sunlight/heat each day. This causes upper body to become more buoyant then usual where dropping the head can't lever up the legs up for decent kick. Until it's cold enough for full wetsuit no more timing and will incorporate hand paddles.

Yesterday: tempo run 10min up cycle, 10 min at ~9min/mi pace and then 10 min of gradually slowing. Covered 2.77 mi on a new trail I found.

Today: 3x25 reg Pushups then incline then decline on stairs with push off to vertical before leaning back into it. 1 min rest between sets, 3 sets of each for 225 total. Then 150 varied abs.

2 sets x 10 reps shoulders w/20lb resistance band (abduction/front/adduction/back)

Did the CT warrior dash today. boots and utes. 3.2milles. Carb loaded on some beer then did it again. Good time

I have yet to find a yoga that I can consider a real workout. Granted I am probably doing it wrong.

Try Bikram, it's the only kind I do. Trying the poses with HR monitor you will see the aerobic range, and feel it.

15 mile road bike, no time recorded due to extreme zoning out.

I did that on my bike warmup this morning...unfortunate.

Warmup: 3.53 mile bike ride in ~15 minutes

5 sets in 00:09:43 of:
