weights-pulled easy 315 in the rack,chest-using cables only,lats-sitting cable pulls,tri's-pushdn cable-must be careful with shoulder tendons
will try a light static contraction next week-light/med partials.legs-225 in the squat mach for 2 reps,shoulders felt ok
boxing only one day a week

did a fairly heavy static contraction(partials) lifting for the first time since Feb and my tendon problems.
leg press-800
calves,used the LP-680
BP-385,way below my best
tri's-300
DL-just above knee-405
used the ez curl-67-have to watch my biceps and tendons,funny i bet i cant do a regular BP with DB's,women can use more.
