Um.

MORE GOODNESS! I have the 100% Kona inbound, same one I bring in every year; it's grown by a husband and wife on 5 acres, shade grown, bird friendly, pesticide-free, and GORGEOUS:

As well as 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain. This is my first time supplying JBM. Yes, it's pricey, but it's EXCELLENT, and I roast it as always to order, you won't find better JBM. It makes perfect gifts for friends and family.

Poison, always impresses with the speed of roasting and processing. Long week of travel will end with fresh coffee waiting for me at home for the weekend. Many thanks and can’t wait to try the Sumatra.

Thank you, sir! I apologize, I've been dealing with the fires, and simultaneously kind of slammed with a couple large coffee club orders; www.angelscup.com featured us twice. Pretty cool.

I'm late getting this up, so today and tomorrow, 'THANKVETS' is good for 20% off (will not apply to Kona or Jamaica).

I have the sample pack up, 4lbs if coffee with a free clever dripper, kona, a pre-order on Jamaica Blue mountain, and the usual lineup of excellent beans!

I also have a hario cold brew bottle that I'll do with a lb of coffee for $40, or I can make a custom order with that bottle. I only have 4 bottles.

Another brewer question. Has anyone used any of the Ninja Coffee Bar brewers? A friend of mine has one and it seems pretty nice, but I haven't had any coffee out of it to see if it brews coffee worth a damn. Thoughts?

Thanks for the order!

I would avoid the ninja. You can get a brewer that is guaranteed to brew at 200+ through the full cycle, like a Bunn velocity brew, bonavita, or if you want an heirloom quality machine, the technivorm. Those are much better.

My wife has asked for a new coffee brewer for Christmas and I actually went back and reread your recommendations for brewers from earlier in the year. Just figured Id ask about the Ninja before I pulled the trigger on the Bunn or bonavita. Thanks again!

No problem. The bonavita is great, however, I seriously find the way the filter basket sits on top of the carafe annoying and stupid. They knocked off the technivorm design, more or less, but the technivorm basket sits on a dedicated platform, so you don't have to deal with the basket until you feel like it.

Bunn is genius: it preheats the whole mass of water to 200 or 205, then brews the coffee. Guaranteed prime brewing Temps, without fail. Bunn may be old school and in every 7/11 and grandpa's diner, but they've been making excellent coffee gear for decades.

The technivorm is hand made inn the Netherlands and will last decades, or indefinitely. Not cheap, but worth the price of admission. And if you want to brew half pots, the cone filter basket is better.

A bag of Kuta Waghi was sitting on the front porch when I came home.

Normally, the bag is still warm. The weather has been contrary...

Thanks, S
