Sub'd 3X Pullups and Dips for Muscleups (15, 30, 45, 30, 15 pullups and dips)
Sub'd 50, 100, 150, 100, 50 Airsquats for Back Squats (no access to weights)

44 min, 29 sec....

Well, as smoked stated, it is sorta both. The idea is max number of rounds that can be accomplished in the 20 min time limit. Your physical conditioning will determine if you go slow, go fast, or work to failure.

In my case, in each of the three days, I ran out of time....

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400m/40 Wallball shots, 20lb ball

Post rounds and fractions of rounds completed:

Sub'd 20kg sandbag for 20lb ball. 3 rounds with 400m and 35 wallball shots. My mouth and nose are filled with sand. Blech....

Just completed my first Crossfit session this morning. I have completed 2 full Ironman triathlons. Numerous cycling events and long distance run events and I have NEVER felt like I do now after leaving a m***** f*****' gym! Dont know if I should throw up, pass out or shit all over myself. And it only took 12 minutes or so of a "beginner" workout session.

I have seen the light.

15 sit ups
15 30lb ball slams
15 sledgehammer (right and left side each)
15 squats with 40lb sandbag

burped up New Castle all the way home. Damn

30 Muscle-ups for time. If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

No rings, so I sub'd pullups and dips.

The last couple of weeks fucking off is beginning to show. I was tired during the pullups, but the dips killed me.

24 min, 42 sec....

With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up and one handstand push-up the first minute, two pull-ups and two handstand push-ups the second minute, three pull-ups and three handstand push-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. When you cannot complete the required number of reps for either exercise, continue only with the other as long as you are able.

Use as many sets in any order each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes successfully completed for each exercise to comments. Their sum is your score.

I think I didn't understand this WOD. I stopped at 9 min with 9 pullups and 5 HS pushups....

Did Cindy last night

15 rounds +5 pull-ups. Had to use assisted pull up machine. Some wait time in there as a couple of us were sharing the pull up machine.

Rest 3 minutes
Run 1200 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800 meters
Rest 1 minute
Run 400 meters

Post times to comments.

26:34, I dicked up and didn't take times for each, but I remember the 1600 at 8:02 and the 400 at 1:30 (and that about killed me.)

Typically, I would've hated that.. t'wasn't bad, at all...
