MARSOC SC in bunker gear. Did the sequence of exercises in reverse order to switch it up.

Yesterday evening I did a "Warrior Wednesday" with my boys (13 ,9 and 7).

The Program:
- Warm up: Jog to high knees to butt kicks to side steps to bear crawls to push ups to neck bridges to forward rolls to shrimping to break falls (should have done first)

- Drills: (BJJ) Arm break down with leg pull and windshield wiper from guard | (Boxing) 10 each jab, straight, hook and uppercut to throw punches non-stop for 1 minute

- Grappling: Guard retention (bottom player) or escape (top player)
