I've applied for a SES position to head that program. Any advice on pursuing that?

Question Secure Transport Program Information?

Hello Guys,
Any suggestions on obtaining employment with the Secure Transport Program: Qualifications, training, where to apply, etc? Currently working with the State Department, High Risk Protection in Afghanistan, and will be returning stateside in March. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
