Sets of 25. I had breaks of a minute every 4 sets and then a couple of breaks that were every couple of sets. I was kinda tired -- that whole "fuckoffanddonada" over Xmas wasn't very helpful....

DL 5 reps @ 125, 135, 155, 185, 185

In 2009, my DL PR was 395. I'm a long way from that right now.
