Welcome, Col.

Unless you want your info out there, we usually recommend PERSEC in your user name.

May want to reach out to an admin.

Enjoy your stay!

Gentlemen, thank you for allowing into your house. I'm currently working as a security contractor, enjoy riding my Harley and hanging out with my brothers at American Legion Post.

Hey folks,
I am not military but I work in first response; FD and EMS. I have had the privilege of working along side truly outstanding individuals from your community, and appreciate what you do. I am here primarily in hopes of verifying a SEAL claim.

Not hiding

For starters, I used my actual name for logging in as I am not hiding from anyone. I first tried logging in a "Crash", but that was already taken. Perhaps I'm not the only one to run an SDV full speed into the sail of the Grayback, earning the nickname of Crash.
As are probably so many others, I'm hoping to use this site as a means of weeding out posers... a seemingly full time job. I need to read through a host of posts to determine what others are largely using the site for. No doubt, interesting.

Bad Larry/Chris Harper,
You have some explaining to do.

I have no Special Operations experience, nor will I ever claim to have.

I was a 19D Scout in the Army, with some combat time during Desert Shield/Storm when I was with A Trp 1/4 Cav. If any of you SOF guys did a rotation through Hohenfels, GE during the mid 90's, I was one of those OPFOR assholes making things miserable for you out in the box. HA

Majority of my experience is in civilian law enforcement. I was a Deputy Sheriff for 5 yrs, which 3 of it was on the Departments SERT Team. Then I was a Trooper with the Missouri State Highway Patrol for 4 yrs. I now work in private security.

Again, thanks for the add and I'll chime in where I feel I can assist.

You have over 1000 posts under your name into 2018, yet now introduce yourself as Bad Larry "Long time lurker..."

That seems a bit more than "2011" and 'lost login/password."

Apologies...

I got a new phone a couple years back...had clicked "remember me" and never bothered to remember login and password...missed being able to look at posted photo's and such (seemed like a long time lurking)...felt the easiest solution would be to re-register...that simple.

And, of course, admitting in your "Bad Larry" introduction that you used to post here but forgot your credentials wasn't an option....

I donít have any military experience but my dad was a marine back in the 90ís when I was born. He was stationed at Camp Pendleton and when he got out we moved to Oregon. He taught me a lot about weapons and how to use them from as early as I can remember and I recently started building guns as a hobby. Finished up an ar15 that shoots 1/2 moa just recently. Iím here to learn more and share the knowledge I have about guns.
