If the CPD would let the Libertarian candidate in I might bother watching. As it is, it's just more bullshit political theater. They both suck.

I hate this moderator.

I like most of Romney's response as far as people being responsible as opposed to tossing out more laws (some of which would be redundant). Also how did we go from gun violence to education? WTF Batman?!

POTUS said that the reason gas prices were so low when he took office is because 'the economy was on the verge of collapse'. Wow.

POTUS wouldn't be pushing the time limit every other turn if he would stop pausing for 3 seconds after every sentence.

LOL, I had to do a double take when I heard that... Too bad Romney didn't ask him to explain that a bit.

I can only take him at face value.

This whole debate has turned into a three ring circus. It started off well but ...

All Romney needs to do is tie from here on.

Romney looks good but, unfortunately, POTUS looks much better than the first debate which will generate the headlines tomorrow.

well if the POTUS logic on the economy is correct, we should be excited to see gas jump past 5 bucks a gallon....

if a buck-86 is a sign of a failing economy, then we should be happy to watch fuel costs continue to skyrocket

...I think Gov Romney hates puppies and clean water.

I heard her redirect when they both went off the rails and tried to take a 2nd Amendment question into an education stump speech. Neither of the candidates wants to touch gun questions and neither said they are against any kind of ban's. That's why it became "...well it starts with families and education".

Romney only has the NRA staying away from him because he is a Republican and the President is seen as wanting every gun off the streets. The President didn't want to create the next ad portraying him as against gun rights.

Romney could have nailed POTUS on Fast and Furious if he was more clear and didn't spend the majority of his answer on guns talking about two parent homes.

I understand he wanted to insert his family values soundbite... But in a question about guns???
He squandered an opportunity to really nail POTUS.

Romney's a big Northeast liberal. That shit about the AWB in MA was disgusting. But at least a President Romney wouldn't have someone like Holder as AG.

ETA: Wouldnt

I call it a tie, with an ever so small advantage for Gov Romney. I don't think this moves the needle at all.

Wow!!! CNN just called out the President on dodging the question about who's decision it was to deny additional security in Benghazi. I was actually surprised to see them mention it.

Pepperoni or Sausage?

That question would have been a breath of fresh air.
The audience questions sucked.
Vague and indirect.
