1 Min. Max Effort: Tire Flips: 7/5/5 Burpees: 16/14/12 Air Balls: 15/14/15 Burpees: 12/10/9 Slush Pipe Overhead Squats: 14/14/15 Rest The workout was done in a "Ring Of Fire" format. Ring Of Fire means that all the stations make up a circle and as you rotate through, the person that was at the station you were just at yells out their reps for that station. You have to beat their number or it's a 10 burpee penalty.

Workout: Fight Gone Bad
Location: CF Wilmington Weight: ~176lbs WoD: "Fight Gone Bad" 3 rounds, 1 minute of each for total points. wall ball (m - 20lbs/10ft , f - 14lbs/9ft) sumo deadlift high pull (m-75lbs, f-55lbs) box jumps push press (75lbs / 55lbs) row for calories rest 1 rep / cal = 1 point. Score: 318 (+17 rep PR) Comments: Probably paced myself just a bit too much. I was able to hit my target numbers fairly easily every round, other than the last round of Box Jumps. I'll pick it up next go around and try and hit 350. Good stuff overall.
