Wild Bill. Brain cancer got him. We disagreed on many things but Bill was a good man and Ranger. RIP Brother.
Wasn't brain cancer what took out SOTB? We are losing too many people to cancer... |
Testicular cancer, 2nd time around.

Damn. Ole Ranger Hazen, now there's a throwback.
Rest In Peace brother. |
I always enjoyed his posts back, back, back in the day. Rest in peace Sir.

RIP Ranger Hazen. So sad to hear.
Never met the man personally but I've had a few conversations with him on the site several years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. |
RIP.

RIP, Ranger.

I didn't know he was sick and was caught off guard by this.
Bill and I agreed or disagreed in threads here for years, but behind the scenes we shared some common experiences, one of which is judo. He was kind enough to send me Gene Lebells autobiography "The Toughest Man Alive" after one of our exchanges about old school judo. Rest in Peace Ranger |
Rest In Peace.

Met him years ago at a link-up along with RangerWinnie and Biblioranger.
He was as opinionated in person as he was here on SOCNET, just as it should be. RIP and fuck cancer. |
Shit. Very sorry to hear this. RIP, Ranger.

Fuck. Was just talking about him the other day and wish I had reached out. RIP Bill. I’ll miss our talks.

RIP Disco.
I remember when we used to do those Yahoo! chat rooms with audio circa 2000 - he'd sign in and I'd key the mic and play the 'Saturday Night Fever' Bee-Gee's song. |
RIP Ranger

When I ETS'd AD back to Utah and had my truck shipped to CA from AK. I needed a ride from the airport to warehouse my truck was stored at.
He without hesitation made plans to leave work to pick me up and drop me off. Never met the man before that and it was a short car ride, but he offered his help without hesitation. RIP Ranger Hazen |
Fuck... I can’t believe I missed this thread. Always enjoyed his banter even though I did not always agree. Rest In Peace Ranger Hazen. And fuck cancer.
