Fallen Ranger remembered in race

1st Lt. Benjamin Hall, Platoon Ldr., D Co., 2nd Batt., 503rd Regt., 173rd Airborne Bgde. KIA Chowkay Valley, Afghanistan; 31 July 2007.

His life and dedicated service are being celebrated this weekend (5/18/2008) by having the Innaugural USMC Historic Half Marathon Race in Fredericksburg, VA dedicated in his honor. His father, John Hall and about a dozen other folks who knew Ben are also running in the race to celebrate his spirit. This is the way to remember a fallen hero.
I'm USMC, but a Ranger friend of mine once told me, RLTW. Ben was a real leader and he is missed.

RIP, Ben
