For all you crossfit guys. I was told about this from a buddie who is a crossfit trainer and member of this site.

Sub 3X bar dips and pullups for each muscleup, if you don't have rings or can't yet do the muscleups (I'm going to just stick to the excuse that I don't have the rings)....
