For all you crossfit guys. I was told about this from a buddie who is a crossfit trainer and member of this site.

100 Squats
5 Muscle-ups
75 Squats
10 Muscle-ups
50 Squats
15 Muscle-ups
25 Squats
20 Muscle-ups

I just started the crossfit thing a week ago, and haven't tried the muscle-up, but I will do this as soon as my out-of-shape ass can.

Sub 3X bar dips and pullups for each muscleup, if you don't have rings or can't yet do the muscleups (I'm going to just stick to the excuse that I don't have the rings)....
