Another Shooting- Chester PD Lights Up Dogs
Wow...Chester cops in the news again...
Cranking off rounds from their pistols and shotgun to kill two dogs in the back of a pickup truck that were fighting. In front of the high school. During school hours. In the middle of the busiest road in the town. I have a few questions... Were these guys members of the International Intelligence Unit? Why did they not squirt hoses at the dogs? Why weren't shovels employed? Was Bail out on his boat while this went down? Inquiring minds want to know! http://youtu.be/HCN4EUnW0MU

I wonder if they used their "intelligence unit" to neutralize the threat.

Thank God for the International Intelligence Unit and their measured response to this horrible threat to truth, justice and the American way!

Good to see Chester's finest fatbodies respond aggressively to the threat posed by Al Qaenine
I get dogs can be a significant threat but holy crap, half expected SWAT to show up at that rate. |

Clown shoes. What was the threat to the public? I'd hate to see how they handle a domestic violence call.
That dude from "My Name Is Earl" made some good points.

Speaking of clown shoes, the douchebaggery of Ranger Tab wearer Grossman continues with his self serving rhetoric. Um let's see US: never attacked a school. UK: Unmmm Subways but not schools. Anywhere else? HMMMM oh yea, just his buddy's vacation spot. He couldn't even spit his dip out for the interview.

Grossman is a crony of John Giduck.
The Chester PD thing is not suprising since they were led at one time by Joe Bail who is another crony of the fat shovel spinner. |

SOCNet does not disappoint. A coworker told me about this video & I figured it would be up here.
Questions. How did the incident happen when school was in session but the chief didn't hear about it until evening? Wtf, did he not know until he logged onto facebook? Why did the suv popo roll into a blocking position? Was anyone else expecting Paul Blarth to do a roll before unloading with the shotgun? Where is the gas tank located at on a truck? Is this anywhere near where the chief turned in his depts. automatic weapons? If so, good call. Nice sound of the brass hitting the deck. |

One animal control officer... and twenty-seven anti-terrorist SWAT officers with a Zodiac!
Fair balance.

Other good questions are: Why the dogs were considered a threat to the public? Hey…If they are roaming the street going after people by all means blow them away. Would Pepper Spray have been a better instead of turning the dogs into Swiss cheese? They are in the middle of street in front of a school breaking up a dog fight. Is it protocol not to have the Chief notified immediately of any officer involved shooting? It does not pass the smell test that he did not know about until later that night. More like he was hoping it would go away until confronted by the press. I wonder if the truck owner can sue the numerous bullet holes in the back of his truck. Wonder if the school went into lockdown

"My name is Earl" made some really valid points. As for the PD, your fucked up when a "rapper" takes the moral and common sense high ground on you.

Holy Crap! Even after reading the comments I was surprised at stupid that got. The dogs were in the back of a truck? That was like spraying your whole lawn with Roundup because you saw one dandilion.
I like the Chiefs justification for how far the incidient escalated. "There may have been 3 dogs involved". Seriously? Three dogs? And your boys didn't even bring out the ARs or the APC?

So one dog is in the back of its owner's pickup. Another dog jumps in and starts fighting with the dog that belongs there.
One dog is defending its rightful territory against a stray, which is what dogs do. It's instinctive behavior. Good dog. Cops show up, and it's, "Look, a by God dogfight! Kill 'em all and let God sort it out!" A good dog was killed for no reason other than piss-poor judgment. The other dog shouldn't have been killed, either. Disgusting. What will they do when they see two men on a porch with the home owner holding a gun on the burglar he just caught in his home, draw and shoot, or draw and ask questions? They should have been asking questions here, too, instead of shooting.

Seriously, pepper spray? A Tazer? Anything!?!
My god, It took 5 handgun rounds and a shotgun to kill two dogs, in the back of a truck? Seems right.... And Bail, that glorious shovel throwing chief, didn't know about a shooting, involving his officers, on a Main Street, in front of a school, in the middle of the day, for hours after!! And his only comment is, "Well there might have been 3 dogs".... Jesus.....SMFH |

No knockout gas?
Shotguns are outdated for these situations.I read that in a book. ![]() ![]() Unbelievable, shovels would have been fine for this incident.

I didn't need a pistol and shotgun to break it up. Probably looked right silly to anyone sitting on a porch but like I say - all dogs were alive at the end of it. |
